Refund policy

We want you to love what you sleep in. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at antoinette@moonthreads.shop with your order number and we will walk you through it. We have made the process simple and hassle-free.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
